Back to my wheel spat problem this morning. After a lot of head scratching, thinking, checking other builders blogs and finally consulting the build manual, I identified the issue. The four holes in the "Main Spat Cover Composite " ( the position was marked by TAF in manufacture) were out by approximately 5 mm. I have re-drilled the holes which are used to attach the " MSCC " to the Main Wheel Spat Bracket. Now the spats fits correctly and are not under any pressure or force. I will fill the original holes and get the MSCC repainted, which is not a big job.
