Over the past couple of days I've been busy with small jobs on the aircraft. Applied witness marks to the wing bolts, made a fuel hose which will allow me to empty the fuel tank after fuel calibration and I installed the landing and taxi lights. KSC gave me a hand to remove the rudder ( then put it back on ) so I could connect the beacon loom plug correctly which I failed to do by not pushing the connectors together properly a couple of days ago when we first attached the rudder. The beacon is " hot wired " to the master switch, so if I accidentally leave the master switch on the beacon will continue to operate.
