Spent some time today drilling the trailing edge of the rudder. I drilled through the rudder and through a piece of angle steel. This will allow me to keep the trailing edge perfectly straight when it's glued and clecoed. Got the entire rudder disassembled and deburred. I also got the rib and spare pieces dimpled, scuffed, cleaned and primed. Next it's dempling the skin and priming the inside.
