Ok, so when i started clecoing the skin i discovered the bottom spar was not straight. If I cleco the skin to it the lower skin get a fairly major bow to it. After talking to Vans about the issue, it was determined the spar must have been punched incorrectly The remedy is pretty simple: Line up the spar so that the skin is flat and drill a new set of holes through the spar.
