Brief Description: Finishing up landing lights and wiring
Right wing landing light assembly was completed, primed and riveted to the wing on the lower side. The rest of the time today was spent learning about aircraft wiring. I am a complete idiot when it comes to electricity so I am asking for help in this area. I pulled all the wires I was told I needed!
The strobe was grounded to the wing at the transformer box.
A question has been raised by the staff at KPB regarding the landing light filiments. Should they be horizontal or vertical? I am told that vertical gives better life of the bulb but I am waiting for confirmation of this.
