Brief Description: Added rudder nose skin, deburr and primed
Pulled the nose skin in place and drilled. It went much easier than I anticipated. Marked the rivet lines on the nose rib and drilled. Everything went perfect.
I then disassembled everything, deburred and primed. A quick comment about the primer. While I have been told that it is better to just brush on the zinc chromate primer by Mark at CanZac I still have some of the spray bottles left so I am going to use them up. However, in doing so I am using my paint mask to keep any spray dust out of my lungs. I am now on the last can of primer.
Rudder nose skin clecoed in place. Skins marked for trimming
