Brief Description: Upper angles and mid cabin braces
Radiused the edges of (8) AN960-10 washers. Primed washers per plans.
Clecoed and then riveted the F802N and F802T braces to LG boxes. Installed bolts per plans on both braces. Took the time to torque the nuts on all of the LG assembly and place torque seal on each one.
(Note: I placed a bolt in my vice and tested the resistance of the locking nut when the threads were through the nut. Using a Brownell torque handle the turning resistance of the locking nut measured 10 inch pounds so when I torqued the nuts on the LG I torqued theme to 35 inch pounds)
Dimple countersunk the F864D throttle quadrant and nutplates and riveted the nutplate to throttle quadrant. Clecoed and riveted the F864 Throttle quadrant to the F802B-L bulkhead
Clecoed and riveted the nutplates on each of the midcabin braces. Cleacoed and riveted the Midcabin braces to the Left and Right LG boxes. Installed the two bolts in each midcabin brace to the WD813 Wedments. Torqed and torque sealed all bolts.
