Fluted F866B and F866A bulkhead flanges. Deburred edges. Separated the F870 stiffners and marked each per plans. Trimmed the two F870D-1 stifffeners. Edged and deburred stiffeners
Edged the F870-1 baggage floor and the F871-1 baggage side.
Clecoed the stiffeners to the baggage floor per plans and final drilled #40 common holes. Unclecoed and final drilled nutplate attach holes in F866 bulkhead and stiffeners.
Clecoed F866D mounting plate and match drilled per plans. Clecoed the upper and lower baggage bulkheads to F802N-1 Upper brace and match drilled common holes. disassembled and deburred all holes
Machine countersinked the three holes in the mounting plate. Dimple countersunk the nutplate holes. Dimple countersunk all the #40 holes in the Baggage Fuselage Substructure.
