Jumped around today. -Put a heat shield on the exhaust where the throttle cable comes in close contact -Reattached an exhaust hanger that I removed for access to an oil line for the inverted oil system install. My canopy originally shut perfect and the skirt was built with it competely closed. I messed up and read some posts on VAF that says the rollers should roll up onto the windshield weldment so I adjusted the latch for that and then layed up the windshield molding. Now my skirt doesn't set flush. I ordered a new untrimmed latch and attempting to get the canopy closed completely so the skirt rests nicely on the fuse. Requires some sanding of the windshield mold - I'm taking it nice and slow.
The cable won't lay on the heat shield once it's clamped into position.
