-The bushing I ordered to replaced the too long fixed pitch prop ones, were just a little bit too long. .02 too long. It was a bear taking out the previous ones, luckily my friend Mike engineered a simple tool to make the job a snap - THANKS MIKE! I took out the bushings, cut the end off of a bolt and chucked the bolt with bushing attached to the the drill press. Used a file and emery cloth to turn the bushings down, kind of a poor man's lathe. Worked great. Used Mike's tool to reinstall the bushings and I should be in business!
