-With the prop out of the way I could match drill the front baffle that goes behind the spinner. -Match drilled the left side baffle to the left inlet ramp -Match drilled the right baffle to the aft baffle With everything cleco'd togther (I don't dare rivet anything until I know how it will all fit together), I put the bottom cowl on and then the top cowl was layed in place. Obviously the baffling is too tall. I did a couple of trimms on the areas it was contacting and called it a night.
