-Continued trimming the snorkel around the starter and alternator area. I did small bits at a time so it took some time. I finally got the snorkel to rotate around and engage the inlet ramp but it was off plane so I started shaving the square end of the snorkel. I alternated between needed more clearance around the starter as the snorkel rotated incrementally to trimming the square end. I finally got it where it looks pretty good. Most folks cut theirs in half so I'm proud to get it done this way. I do have alot of glass work under the starter to cover up the gapping hole. I then made a pattern for the servo bolt pattern and tranferred the holes to the snorkel flange and drilled them 1/4".
