Finished up the intercom wiring harness today. I have one shield wire ground that I need to connect and then it's totally done. I wired the EFIS to one of the unoccuppied passenger microphone inputs. I labeled each wire with little printouts and clear heat shrink Since I didn't use 2 conductor wire I didn't have any extra room to put on the plastic serial port cover so I had to use the dremel to modify it to fit. I pretty happy with it. Hope it works.
As a side note, I'm researching the conversion of my IO-360-A1A back to constant speed and one thing I don't have is the stainless steel oil line that runs from the governor to the front of the crank case. Lycoming wants $500 for this item so I'm posting the pic below on VAF to see if anyone has fabricated their own and is it advisable?
