More cutting of the square holes. I finished cutting all 4 sides of each of the 4 rectangular holes leaving between 1/16" and 1/32" from the actual scribe line. I then used Paul Dye's recommendation on VAF.com of clamping a straight piece of steel along the scribe line and use the dremel rotary file to remove the remaining material. Still clamped I used the dremel sanding drum and then finally sandpaper. This technique works great and leaves a very smooth, straight edge. I'm about 1/3rd of the way through this trimming process.
