- I used a scribe to emboss the cutout lines in preparation for cutting. Most of this hour was used up cleaning off my work bench so I could cut the panel comfortably and not get aluminum dust on my electrical stuff. - I experimented with using a cutoff wheel in the dremel and an aluminum angle for a fence - worked out, but I may do something else or just go free-hand - I haven't decided yet.
