Spent almost an hour tearing up 3/8" tubing trying to plumb the fuel pump assembly to the firewall fitting. It is close, but it's too close to make the dogleg and still get the fittings on and flared. So after running out of material, I went back in and did what I should have done to begin with and searched it on VAF. Ta da! Several folks had the same experience and the solution was to bake 2 90degree bends with enough spacing to accomodate the fittings and flare.
See pic 2 as an example. I'll trying to copy that next session after I borrow some 3/8" tubing from my buddy Greg.
