Had a big order of parts come in from Aircraft Spruce so I have lots to day. I started with the ELT install. I had previously (before riveting the turtle deck on) riveted mounting points for the ELT on the right side in the tailcone and the left side for the strobe pwr supply. I cut the ELT mounting plate out of .032 scrap. Drilled it to the 6 nutplates that are in the mounting brackets on the longerons (mentioned above) and then drilled the plate to the ELT holder - pretty straight forward stuff. Also drilled a 1/2" hole in the aftmost bulkhead for the antenna to be below the fiberglass fairing in the tail cone.
