-Drilled out the canopy frame to skirt holes to #30. -Taped the skirts in place and got them roughly where I thought they should be and started drilled the bottom canopy frame rail holes using the hole duplicated that I fab'd per the plans. Worked pretty good. -I drilled the canopy frame ribs using the plexiglass template - worked perfect. -Drilled the upper canopy frame rail holes by extending the lines I had drawn on the canopy - worked better than I thought it would. -Trimmed both half alittle at the rear but much more is needed before I call it good.
I drilled all of the skirts holes with #40 and then enlarged with the unibit to #30 so I didn't damage the plexiglass.
