Since the tail surfaces were out I cleaned the tailcone and redid a couple of bolts that were alittle short on threads exposed. My FAA man has made a big point of this for his upcoming inspection and some of the Vans hardware callouts are just plain too short. Started installing the horizontal stabilizer and then ran out of time.
