Brief Description: Cowl heat shielding/rudder pedals/misc

Put the aluminum tape on the inside of the bottom cowl to reflect the heat from the exhaust and such. Installed the rudder pedals and brake lines that connect to the parking brake valve. Added a fuse to the HBB feed - didn't consider this for some reason during the original wiring. 30A blade fuse took care of this.
