-Put an additional spacer between the prop and back plate to keep that blades from hitting it. The screw holes are somehow still ok - great news! But now I need to trim the openings alittle more in the fwd side of the prop for clearance. Got that done and I started on a new template for the backside - the prop moves alot more now that it has clearance.
Trimmed the fronts side of the prop openings a little more.
