Stood around thing about how to fabricate gear to fuselage interesection fairings from scratch. Borrowing an idea I saw on VAF.net I used some expanding spray foam to get me a form to carve into a fairing - hopefully. Then layup the glass on that. I used duct tape to support the foam underneath and create a rough shape prior to spraying the foam. Now I wait 24hrs to start carving - I wish I would have paid more attention in art class!
