-Fabricated a piece of .032 that ties the aft rib to the new stiffner that runs across the baggage door. Drilled attach holes for same. -Match-drilled the remaining #40 and #30 holes in the baggage door assembly per the plans. -Enlarged the tooling holes to 5/16 per the plans -Trimmed the baggage door hinge to length -Clamped it into position on the baggage door per the plans and match drilled using the door holes -Uncleco'd all of the baggage door components in preparation for deburring
