Well since I layed out the general area where the baggage door should be relieved for the modified windshield and conversely where the F821 top skin should be extended I contineud to move in that direction, but I was less than productive. I scratched my head about it for awhile and then decided I needed cut a piece of metal that will serve as the doubler for the F821 skin. First piece I forgot to allow for the part of the double that will ride on top of the rear of the bagg compartment - that one goes in the scrap pile. Then I cut a second one. After more consideration, I'm going to wait until my w/s comes before I spend any more time on this mod so I can be sure everything is going to come out like I want. I callled Becky at Airplane Plastics and they will have it ready to pickup next week so I'll wait until then to proceed.

Will eventually need to look like Arhtur Loring's RV-8 with the sloped w/s. His is gorgeous!
