Started on the forward baggage door this morning. -Fabricated the latching pins per the plans. Starts will drilling an 1/8" hole in the end of the tubing. Then cutting a 1/16" slot 1/2" into that same end. Then trimming to the overall length and then radius'ing that same end and beveling the opposite end. -Then I deburred several of the components per the plans.
I will need to modify the door to account for my oversized speed-sloped windshield so more to come.
