Match Drilled the rudder pedal tracks into the F822 fwd floor. Went very well. I actually drilled the F802 and the firewal (most forward and aft rivets in each track) rivet holes through the tracks so I didnt have to flush rivet them which seemed dumb. They are both in tolerences in edge distance, etc. Deburred the tracts and prepped for primer. Then I started in on the rear rudder pedal installation. Mostly head scratchin' and then I started on the pedal shafts and ran out of time.
The left side is drilled (note clecos) and the right is still to go - note how close the bagg wall is.
Both sides done.
Those long tubes with the disc on the end are the rear rudder pedals - yeah I know...
