It was -9F and I just could take another super-cooled work session. Even with the heaters blaring, it was still 30F in the garage. I machine countersunk the nutplate rivet holes on the F804N bulkhead cap and then riveted the nutplates on. Then I looked for something I could do inside. I grabbed the plans and a hunk of aluminum angle and started laying out the F864E-1 cable anchor.

All of the cut lines and hole locations are marked along with dimensions so I can double check.
