Brief Description:  Landing Gear #2

Two and a half hours of almost no work, just measuring, adjusting, fitting, repeat! I'm pretty happy with the gear alignment. I have a discrepency between the left and right side in terms of distance from the center line (almost a 1/4" inch) that I believe is due to one of the bolts being too loose (Syd held the wrench as I tightened and the nylon on the nut was almost more drag than she could hold) and thereby one of the gear legs isn't 'splayed' the same as the other (which ended up tighter). I'll have Mitchel help me tighten this today when he gets up and recheck my dimensions. I trimmed the F802L crossmember to accept the larger Grove outer gear bracket (U-203). All-in-all I'm pretty happy with everything, but I will spend at least another hour fretting with it before I start drilling holes.
