Up early this morning (4:40am) and got some good riveting done. With the fuselage upright, I started on the right side of the airplane at the fwd skin and did all of the rivets proscribed in the plans that I could reach without a riveting partner. Worked well. I did have problems with the engine mount/longeron/skin rivets as there isn't much room to buck with the rivets in the top of the engine mount/longeron being so close. But I figured out technique with the ole tungsten bar that created acceptable rivets.
The flush rivets pictured are the ones that gave me fits with the shop head of the top row of rivets.

The abscense of cleco's is a good thing - means there's a rivet in those holes!
