Riveted the horizontal stabilizer mounting bars to the F811 bulkhead assembly per the plans. Had to drill out one rivet due to the Vans rivet specification being too short. I went up to the next size and it worked much better. Then I drilled the bottom two holes for the tailwheel mount 1/4" attach holes.
