Rivetd teh armrests and upright (bulkheads in Vans speak) together - see photo 2 both L and R side. Then I back-riveted it per the plans to the cooresponding fwd side skin. Had to drill out a couple of errant rivets that had bad access or where the skins bend and it needs to be held flat against the back rivet plate.
