Brief Description:  Drilling the fuselage #11

Quite a bit done this morning - before 9am.
-Separated and smoothed the edges of the 2 F856-1 spacers
-Cleco'd the spaces into place under the cockpit rails where the front seatback support will attach.
-Cleco'd the seat back supper into place (WD808).
Here's where I changed the order. I learned for Jeff Preou's site (THANKS JEFF!)
that if you aren't carefull the seat back support will pull away from the edge and subsequently your top rivet/screws holes move inboard and there is no room for that due to the tight edges distances. I clamped the WD808 to the side of the fuse and match drilled it to 3/16". I then removed the cockpit rails and installed the hardware to keep it pulled tight to the backplate. I still needed clamps to keep the backplate flush against the side of the fuselage. I then reinstalled the cockpit rails and match drilled them from below through the WD808 and then from above with the holes in the cockpit rail. I think it worked out well, but I wont know until I take them apart in the next couple of days (if I follow the plans).
-Final drilled the bulkhead caps (F804N-1) and removed them.
-Match drilled the rudder stops
-Removed the F828 bottom most aft skin (where the tail wheel mounts) and bulkhead F812.
-Cleco'd the WD409 tailwheel mount to the F812 bulkhead
-Layout the location of the WD409 on bulkhead F811.
-Cleco'd the F812 and WD409 back onto the fuselage.
