-Match drilled the manual aileron trim brackets to the F-814A-L & A-R assemblies.
-Fluted the bottom flange of the F-815A-L-1 & R-1. Should have left them alone, they were better before I started messing with them. Mine were pretty straight out of the box.
-Final drilled #12 one of the flange holes in the F-815A-L-1 & R-1 and F-815B-L-1 & R-1 per the plans.
-Trimmed the corner off per the plans on the F-815B-L-1 & R-1.
-Cleco'd all of the seat rib components together and match drilled.
-Fluted the F-827-1 bottom skin to fit the contour of the seat rib assembly.
-Cleco'd the F-827-1 and F-826-1 bottom skins onto the seat rib assembly.
Good progress in a pretty short amount of time this morning. I would have gotten farther, but the aileron trim instructions were a little vague and required some study. The nice thing was the plans called for a bunch of cutting and hacking and the -1 fuse kit had taken care of that for use with prefabed holes and a couple of matched holes to line up the brackets for final drilling -very cool indeed!
