Brief Description: Gear Tower - Assembly #11

I am in school this week (aircraft recurrent) so my progress will be a little spotty for the next 5 days. Today I did: -Cleco'd the aft and forward upper braces (F-802T-1 and F-802N-1) to the gear towers and match drilled. -Cleco'd the throttle quadrant bracket (F-864D-1) and match-drilled. -Drilled out the #40 nutplate rivet attach holes as specificed in the plans for the parts listed above. -Machine countersunk the nutplate attach holes (all but one per the plans) in the F-878-L-1 & R-1 mid cabin braces. -Dimple countersunk the nutplate rivet attach holes in the throttle quadrant bracket. -Deburred all of the holes I drilled in the above steps. Edge deburred the same. -Scuffed all of the parts for priming.

Match drilling the aft upper brace to the right gear tower.

Drilling out the #40 nutplate attach holes in one of the mid cabin braces.

All of the parts discussed above ready for primer.
