Didn't get much time this morning cause Mary was sick, but I didn't get :30 minutes in before work. I managed to countersink all of the #8 screw holes and start dimpling the right hand cover (after I removed the plastic and deburred it).

Using a #30 countersink.

Deburring the right cover plate.

Dimpling the right cover plate.
