Made quick work of this part. I still need to rivet the attach angle onto the fwd floor assembly, but the cooling ramp itself is done.
-Flange trimming was documented in a previous entry
-Cleco'd the attach angle and the stiffner to the ramp
-Match drilled all of the holes per the plans (both #40 and #30)
-Dissassembed, deburred, dimpled, and primed everything.
-Backriveted the stiffner on.
Aside from trimming the flanges, it was about :45 minutes start to finsih on this part including priming - my kind of progress. I still need to put the attach angle onto the forward floor panel crossmember.
