Brief Description:  Firewall #15

Well I am back from vacation (2 wks in Oklahoma/Arizona) and it feels great to be back working on the airplane. I am still on westcoast time so I didn't get up very early and I had to take Mitchel to lacrosse practice so it was a short session. I had the do the 'hard' rivets in the firewall, the ones I couldn't back rivet conventionally due to stuff in the way of the gun. I bucked the rivets in the engine mounts that I couldn't get to and that turned out to be a point of frustration. The stainless steel firewall is very slippery and it is hard to hold the gun straight so I slipped off the rivet a couple of time and dinged the firewall alittle. Probably not too noticable, but I wasn't happy. I did get a couple of the ones done around the nutplates (don't know why the plans have you put those nutplates in the way when you could easily install them after the firewall is assembled).
