Well this morning I made a little more progress. I removed the plastic from all of the parts that will initially make up the first few steps of the firewall assembly. I then deburred all of the supports, etc. I still need to deburr a few tight areas and then the stainless steel firewall.
Some of the parts are "punched" from a single piece and have to be separated - smart idea for Vans
