-Removed the tap and evaluated the finish of the layup. I can do another run with the micro or just put on the skim coat of resin to seal it. I retaped the edges and I think I'll do a wet coat of micro of the edges and then sand and do the skim coat. Might have to re-tape again, but oh well I shouldn't short cut it now. I actually pretty happy with it. Most of the wavyness along the canopy bow is gone and the transition to the canopy skirt looks primo.
