Brief Description: Riveting the F-821 Upper Fwd Skin #1
-I love riveting. It is the culmination of so much prep work to get to this point.
-I riveted the F8101s to the left and right side of the skin where it joins the winshield weldment per the plans. I was able to squeeze all the rivets except for the middle ones, which I shot. -I then cleco'd the skin and all the appropriate doublers and my extra skin near the baggage door in place. -I started at the top center and work outward shooting the rivets I could do solo and skipping the ones that were too hard to reach by myself. -Moved to the instrument panel rivets and did all of them down to the longerons. -I started riveting the left longeron rivet seam, but it's too easy to mess them up solo - had to drill out several so I'll defer those until Mitchel can help
