Brief Description:  Aileron brackets

I started on the aileron brackets this morning. This is a step I had skipped when I started building the control surfaces. I did quit a bit of head scratching, but I figured out which drawing to use (i had 3 different ones and how each one fit togther. There are 4 total, one for each end of each aileron and each one is unique. I cleco'd each assembly togther and match drilled and deburred the shear marking off with the 3M wheel on the grinder. Next steps are to finish deburring, scuff, clean, prime, and rivet.
