I managed to sneak back out and prime my top wings skins (left/right wings) since the weather was nice. I usually work very early in the morning so this was nice to get this done during "daylight" hours. I barely made it before running out of primer (7220)! Next step is to level and true up the skeletons again and then start cleco'ing things together. I still need to figure out the nutplates for the fuselage fairling my buddy Mike warned me about before I start riveting.
I only prime the inner surface but I taped off the rivet holes as the overspar can make a mess.
Back side scuffed along the rivet lines and cleaned with acetone.
Done. Heavy coat on the rivet lines and a single coat on the rest.
