Now that I am basically done with the skeleton, I turn my attention back to the skins. I have them deburred and ready to go so now it's time to dimple and prime. Since I like to scuff the metal before priming, I actually do the rivet lines before I dimple as the dimples tear up the scotchbrite pads really fast. This morning I scuffed (rivet lines only) and dimpled the right wing top inboard skin and wing walk doubler. I also filed the skin where it overlaps the outboard skin at the leading edge.
Using the file to remove some metal for a sudo scarf joint.
