Brief Description:  Left tank finished - hopefully

This morning I fixed the screwup on the outboard Z bracket and added proseal to the poprivets (probably overkill) and then Prosealed and installed the inspection cover. The tank is basically done if it doesn't leak. I went and got some poly tubing so I could rig up a manometer to leak test it. I had heard some say you should wait a week to leak test and others say go for it as the pressure helps move any sealant into the cracks. I'm so anxious I just went for it. As warm as it is my sealant is pretty much setup. I added water to the manometer and pumped it up till the water in the upper tube (open end) was 2' higher than the bottom. That should be close to 1psi per the Van's instructions. It dropped 1/2" instantly, but that maybe due to the scrader valve when I removed the bicycle pump or the temp change when I opened the garage door (cooler outside this evening). Tomorrow will tell the tale when the outside temperature is higher.
