Brief Description:  Right/Left fuel tank outboard rib doubler

Up early this morning to get some work done on the fuel tanks. I would have liked to have installed the outer most rib into one of the fuel tanks, but I needed to rivet on the doubler that goes on the most forward section of the end ribs before they get installed (you can do it in reverse order but it seemed like it would be more complicated). Well I scuffed the mating surfaces on both outboard ribs and the flange (in preparation for installation into the fuel tank). Cleaned with MEK, mixed 1oz of sealant and started squeezing those AN470-4-5 rivets. I has some extra sealant to I added it to areas of the tank that needed a thinker bead. Hopefully I can install one of the outboard ribs tomorrow and then the other on Sat.

Finsihed product. That simple step took an hr - sealant isn't fun to work with.
