Brief Description:  Right fuel tank inboard rib +

Up at 5am this morning to rivet the inboard rib into the right fuel tank. I scuffed the edges of all of the contact surfaces per the instructions and cleaned with MEK. Then I mixed up a batch of ProSeal (1.5 oz + .15 oz hardener) so I would have some extra as yesterday I had just enough. For these end ribs, I put on a lot of material as to avoid leaks. Everything went well, we only a couple of stubborn rivets, but no drill-outs. I also managed to prep and rivet (w/sealant) the tooling hole covers that go on the outboard ribs in both the left and right tanks. I hope to set those tomorrow and then I will finish attaching all the internals - attach fittings, reinforcements, vent fittings, return fittings, BNCs, etc. Those all get a lathering of ProSeal too. Then it will be time to close out the tanks with the attachment of the rear of the tank (baffle).
