Worked with Mitchel this morning on the fuel tank inspection plates. Since I am using capacitence fuel senders I used the blank covers that come with the optional kit. We layed out the backing plate and match drilled to the rib per the plans. Then it was deburr, dimple the ribs, and counter sink the reinforcement rings. I am going with a flop tube on the right wing and standard pickup tube on the left so I cut a pickup tube hole in my left blank inspection cover when I get to the step.

Dimple the ribs for the nut plates only the screws aren't countersunk
And countersink the rings for the flush nut plate rivets.
