Well this is the biggest mistake I have made since the project began. I was out in the garage setting up the right wing skeleton. This involves laying out all the ribs into place and marking everything and then match drilling to the spars. Well I was short one of the ribs I needed and I had an extra rib but it was the wrong part number - oh no! I go over to my newly completed left wing and after looking at the plans I find that I put the wrong type of rib in one of the locations!!! Out comes the drill and I removed the rib and quickly worked to get a replacement match drilled, deburred, scuffed, cleaned, and primed so I can install it next session. Major boo boo! Oh well, at least I didn't have to order any new parts and better to discover it early. I need to slow down and triple check everything!
