-Started drilling the 74 fasterner holes on the wingtips - fun and lots of it... -Drilled the holes out with a #19 bit for #8 screws -Fab'd up reinforcement strips for the left tip -Clamped the reinforcement strips in place and drilled the nutplate holes using the jig (left only) -machine c/s the screw and rivet holes for the nutplates (left only)
Lots of cleco's, lots of clamps, lots of holes....
