I disassembed the trim tap and deburred everything. I trimmed the hinge per the plans - had a heck of a time getting the temporary hinge pin removed :(. I then dimpled everything - counter sunk the riblets and primed. Good progress in a short amount a time. This weekend my friend Mike was going to come over so we could finish skinning the wings, but Mary is pretty sick with an eye ache so I'm going to forego any major work this weekend. Also, I may employ Mitchel to help with this since we can do it a little at a time.
Scuffing the parts prior to priming.
Dimpling the trim tab spar.
Priming the spar, hinge (one side) and the actuator brackets.
